Return policy
We make all items to order. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Report issues within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
For approved returns, we’ll provide a replacement or refund per your preference.
Refunds & disputes
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll fix it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after verification. Disputes should be raised within 30 days of delivery window.
Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. After that, cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel or change an order.
Legal / export
Orders currently ship to US addresses only. We don’t ship to embargoed or restricted destinations.
Buyer is responsible for providing a valid US shipping address. Candles should be used as labeled and never left unattended.
Promotions terms
Promotions (e.g., 25% off compare-at pricing) are time-limited, can’t be combined, have no cash value, and apply before taxes.
